The League Curriculum is designed to get the team ready for multiple stacking league matches. They practice for 3 weeks and then have multiple weeks of matches and each practice is specifically designed to improve Stacking League dual meet/match performance.
Week 1
Objective:
- Focus on the 3-3-3 and 3-6-3.
Week 2
Objective:
- Introduce the 1-10-1 pattern.
- Practice the Timed 3-6-3 Relay and HTH Relays.
Week 3
Objective:
- Focus on learning and practicing the Cycle and Doubles.
- Begin Dual Meet Training.
Week 4
Objective:
- Conduct a Practice (Mock Meet).
- Complete the 1st Dual Meet.
Week 5
Objective:
- Practice with a focus on positives and areas of improvement identified from the 1st Dual Meet.
- Complete the 2nd Dual Meet.
Week 6
Objective:
- Practice focusing on positives and areas of improvement from the 1st Dual Meet.
- Complete the 3rd Dual Meet.
Week 7
Objective:
- Practice focusing on positives and areas of improvement from the 1st Dual Meet.
- Complete the 4th Dual Meet.
- Select team members for the League Championship.
Week 8
Objective:
- Final Practice session.
- Compete in the League Championship.
